Domestic shipping (US and Canada)

How long is the handling time between when an order is placed and when it will ship? Is from the company Printful "It takes 2–5 business days to create a product and fulfill an order. Shipping time depends on product availability and delivery destination ups 7-10 business.


Do orders need to be placed before a specific time? Yes, I do have a request only store because at the moment I am the sole owner of the company, and the company Printful use the model of pay as go. So i have the to pay for the product myself with the money I get from your purchase. That mean that if you pay a order after 7pm eastern standard time i will have to place the order the next day.


Is there anywhere you don't deliver, like P.O. boxes, specific states or countries? As right now i dont have any restrictions for us base customer. Hopefully, if i do get international client i will be able to accommodate you in the future so we can build a beautiful relationship.

Returned by Customer - It is best to advise your end customers to contact you before returning any products. Except for Customers residing in Brazil, we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Returns for products, face masks, as well as size exchanges are to be offered at your expense and discretion. If you choose to accept returns or offer size exchanges to your end customers, you will need to place a new order at your expense for a face mask or a product in another size. Customers residing in Brazil and regretting a purchase must contact our Customer Service and express their will to return the item within 7 consecutive days after receiving it, providing a picture of the item. The withdrawal request will undergo an evaluation to verify whether the product was used or destroyed, even if partial. In these cases, a refund will not be possible.

How long does a customer have to return an item?

PRINTFUL: For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.


What is the procedure for a return or exchange?

PRINTFUL: Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.


How do customers contact you, and how long will the process take?


Who pays to return items back to you?

If you or your end customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable). Are there any items that are not returnable, such as sale items, or items that have been opened or used?

YES, if the item was used, they cannot be returned if the product is damage by the customer. The item cannot be returned to manufacturer or owner. Please take a picture of the damage, when you get product out of the box if it is damage and proof of purchase



Do you offer full refunds, exchanges, or store credit?

I will refund for the product only the shipping and taxes are nonrefundable. But you have to have the receipt, photo, the reason why you do not want the product anymore. within the first 30 days of the product being ship to you.
